Cyber Security Minister Clare O’Neil says there are “patches” of world-leading brilliance but also “long tale of areas where” Australia needs to improve on cyber security, this is why new cyber strategies are being introduced.

“A lot of patchiness around cyber security in Australia and those two things can exist at once … the goal of

the cyber strategy is to bring the nation into this fight,” Ms O’Neil told the National Press Club on Thursday.
